Mr. Rituraj Kishore Sinha

Group Managing Director

Mr. Sinha has been serving as the Managing Director of the Company. He is an alumnus of the Doon School, and Leeds University Business School, United Kingdom. Since joining the SIS Group in 2002, he has played a vital role in driving the Company's exponential growth, leading it to become a Market leader in Security, Facility Management and Cash Logistics Solutions across India, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.

Mr. Dhiraj Singh

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Dhiraj Singh has been associated with SIS Group Enterprises for over 17 years, playing a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening the organisation’s business and growth journey. Prior to joining SIS, he successfully founded, built, and led multiple start-up ventures across the infrastructure and services sectors. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Mumbai,also holds an MBA from Tulane University and an MIM from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA. His professional career spans leadership roles with Eicher, Laitram, Tata Steel, Bechtel, Bovis Lend Lease, and Laing O’Rourke. He subsequently founded vKarma Capital, a DLF-backed private equity fund, and served as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Company and Simplex Infrastructures. At SIS, his entrepreneurial leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in building businesses, driving transformation, and creating sustainable growth across the organisation.

Mr. Brajesh

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Mr Brajesh Kumar is a qualified CA having more than 32 years of experience in the area of Finance , Accounts & Taxation field .After spending almost 10 years with CA firms, he has been leading the finance function in the Corporate World for last 20 years. For last 8 years he has been serving as CFO of SIS which has multiple subsidiaries both in India and overseas.continue with presently.

Sachin Sinha

Managing Director, OneSIS

Sachin Sinha, MRICS, leads the OneSIS business at SIS Group Enterprises, with over 20 years of experience across real estate, workplace management, and integrated facility management. A Chartered Surveyor and ex member of RICS & an alumnus of Mangalore University. He has held leadership roles with ISS Facility Services, Cushman & Wakefield, and Colliers, gaining extensive expertise across real estate advisory, facilities, and workplace solutions. Throughout his career, he has successfully built and scaled multiple businesses from the ground up, transforming nascent operations into significant regional milestones and high-performing businesses. He combines strategic vision and commercial acumen to build strong client partnerships, drive innovation, and create sustainable growth for OneSIS.
